EduPrime Study Abroad Services collects and processes personal data to provide education counselling, university admission support, student visa guidance, application follow-up, and related student support services. This acknowledgment explains how your information may be collected, used, shared, stored, and protected.
Privacy commitment: EduPrime aims to handle student and parent/guardian data in line with applicable UAE personal data protection requirements, including lawful consent, secure storage, limited use, and respect for data access, correction, withdrawal, and deletion requests where legally permitted.
1. Personal Data We May Collect
Student and parent/guardian name, phone number, email address, nationality, academic records, certificates, passport or ID details, test scores, admission documents, financial proof, visa documents, and communication records required for education counselling, admission support, and visa guidance.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your information may be used for student counselling, university shortlisting, admission applications, visa file preparation, document review, appointment support, application updates, compliance records, and follow-up with partner institutions.
3. Sensitive Information
Sensitive information, such as medical, disability support, financial, or special assistance details, is requested only where required for university admission, visa processing, accommodation, insurance, scholarship, or student support purposes.
4. Data Sharing
EduPrime may share relevant data with universities, colleges, pathway providers, visa or application platforms, testing bodies, payment providers, CRM/email tools, and authorised government or compliance bodies when required for service delivery.
5. Storage, Security & Retention
EduPrime takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Records are retained only as long as needed for counselling, application support, legal, accounting, compliance, or dispute-resolution purposes, then securely deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
6. Your Data Rights

7. Contact & Follow-Up Communication
When you share your contact details through the EduPrime website, enquiry form, WhatsApp, phone call, email, counselling request, or any other communication channel, EduPrime may use those details to respond to your enquiry.
EduPrime may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to arrange counselling, share admission or visa guidance, follow up on your application, and provide relevant education support services. You may request to stop non-essential promotional communication.
