Step-by-Step MBBS Application Process for UAE Residents
How to apply for medical universities abroad? We simplify the 5-step admission process for you.
Step 1: Consultation & University Selection We begin by assessing your budget and Grade 12 PCB marks to find the right fit. Whether you are looking for low-cost tuition in Kyrgyzstan or US-pathway programs in Georgia, we shortlist universities that are approved by the WHO and recognized by the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE).
Step 2: Document Submission & Application We manage the entire application on your behalf. You simply provide us with your valid passport and academic transcripts. We verify your eligibility and submit your file directly to the university’s International Dean to secure your Provisional Admission Letter.
Step 3: Invitation Letter & Seat Booking Once your admission is approved, you may need to pay a seat booking fee directly to the university. We then coordinate with the university to issue your official Ministry-Approved Invitation Letter, which is mandatory for visa processing.
Step 4: Visa & Legalization (MOFA):
For UAE residents, this is the most critical step. We guide you through:
- Document Attestation: Getting your educational documents attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and the respective country’s embassy.
- Medical Tests: Arranging the specific HIV/Fitness tests required for the visa.
- Visa Filing: Submitting your file to the consulate in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
Step 5: Travel & Hostel Allotment Before you fly, we provide a pre-departure briefing on currency and climate. Upon landing, our local representatives meet you at the airport, transport you to the campus, and assist with hostel allotment and local police registration.
